TechMan products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal operating use for 12 months from the date of the sale to the original purchaser.
Disassembly, alteration, or repair performed by any person not authorized by TechMan International LLC will result in immediate loss of warranty. Products under warranty will be repaired or replaced without charge to purchaser.
TechMan products can be repaired by calling customer service for a return merchandize authorization (RMA) number prior to returning all products in warranty or non-warranty. Always include purchase order number, the serial number(s) of the unit(s) and a written description of the problem with the RMA number.
All returned products must have TechMan return merchandise authorization code number (RMA) clearly on the outside shipping label. No products will be accepted prior return merchandise authorization.
